Revitalising The Conference Formula

Our client wanted more than a traditional data-driven pharma conference.

We collaborated with the brand team, connected them with their customers and set up an independent multi-disciplinary steering group. Together, we reshaped the form and the content, to include best-practice sharing, service development and disease awareness and commissioning. We also made sure there were plenty of interactive elements including workshops, case studies and debates. Uniquely, we invited multi-disciplinary teams to attend, reflecting the way the disease was actually managed.

We were asked back to run the event six times. Delegate feedback consistently rated the conference as ‘Excellent’. 99% of delegates agreed that the event fulfilled its aim of ‘improving patient outcomes through sharing best practice’, and 91% stated that they would ‘make changes to their clinical practice as a result of the meeting’.
