Dovetail’s a bit different from traditional healthcare communications agencies: we specialise in collaborative healthcare projects between pharma and clinical or patient groups that focus on benefits for patients. We think collaboration leads to innovation, creativity and ultimately, better outcomes.

We’re looking to invest in an exceptional individual to join our award-winning team as an Account Executive. The main element of the role is supporting the team as we deliver client projects, helping us to keep everything on track and on budget. As we’re a small team, this role offers a lot of variety, and you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business. There’s considerable scope for development, and we’ll invest in training opportunities for you to extend your skill set.

You will be a key member of our close-knit team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day account activity. 

Responsibilities will include:

·      Doing research for proposals

·      Preparing project plans and budgets

·      Monitoring project progress

·      Client liaison

·      Coordination of different project tasks.

You’ll be based in our office in Vauxhall, with flexible and part-time working options available.

What we’re looking for:

·      A team player

·      Life sciences degree

·      Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills

We are looking to fill this vacancy as soon as possible. Applications will close on the 24th August, with an intention to hold phone interviews the following week and face to face interviews w/c 3rd September. Face to face interviews can be flexible and after office hours.
